Just yesterday I flashed Android 4.1 and I have fell in love with it on first sight !
Performance Updates
The UI has improved a lot and is a lot more smoother !UI Changes

- Multitasking is a lot more smoother.
Lock Screen
- New Liveness feature in Face Unlock feature.
- Close button for Face Unlock feature.
Text Input
- Now voice typing works without internet.
- Predictive text now learns used words and predicts next word more efficiently.
Google Now Cards
The main new feature bring a innovative view to everyday information. It lists out information like weather in a card format.
Google Search
It now replies back like Siri.
